01 Colour fastness
Every dyed and printed lot is checked for wash, rub and light fastness before it moves from wet processing to cutting. Failures do not leave the campus.
02 Construction & thread count
Warp and weft densities are verified against the approved sample for every production run — no tolerance drift across repeat orders.
03 Dimensional stability
Finished goods are checked for dimensional accuracy and shrinkage against the buyer’s specification before packing — not by a third-party audit house, but by our own QC team.
04 Packaging compliance
Header cards, polybag gauge, barcode placement and carton marking are verified against the buyer’s packaging manual before goods are packed and sealed.

Our export documentation is prepared by an experienced in-house team. Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin and GST export bond — all issued correctly, first time.
