Fifty years of fabric
from Karur.
Curtains, cushions, throws, rugs — home textiles manufactured end-to-end in our Manmangalam mill and shipped to buyers across Europe, North America and the Middle East.
Woven, processed and packed under one roof.
In 1974 N. R. Venkataachalam started manufacturing home textiles in Karur. Today, his son V. Ashok Ram Kumar runs a fully vertically integrated operation — from yarn on the loom to finished goods in the carton.
Weaving, wet processing and manufacturing happen in a single campus at Manmangalam, Semmadai. That integration is why our quality is consistent and our lead times are predictable — there is no third-party finishing, no handoff between factories, no surprise.
“Every Karur exporter your buyers shortlist has a site. Now you do too.”
Six categories. One mill.
Curtains and cushions are our highest-volume lines, but the full programme covers throws, rugs, table linen and kitchen textiles — all made in Karur to the same quality standard.
One standard, every batch.
Vertical integration means quality control stays in-house — from thread tensioning on the loom to final inspection before packing. Colour fastness, construction and dimensional stability are checked on every lot.
Sample to shipment in four steps.
Built around how European, North American and Gulf buyers actually order — pro-forma upfront, lab analysis with the lot, FOB or CIF on request.
Multiple continents. One point of contact.
Our export programme covers North America, Europe, the Middle East and the domestic wholesale market — one team, one factory, consistent pricing.
Loom to label.
From yarn on the beam to finished goods in the carton — the full production chain, under one roof in Manmangalam.
